Description GSPANN is hiring a Senior End-User Computing Engineer to lead enterprise endpoint management and desktop engineering initiatives. The role focuses on System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, Intune administration, and identity controls across corporate and retail environments.Design, implement, and manage System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM / Configuration Manager) for patching, application packaging, and deployment ring strategies. Own Windows 10 and Windows 11 lifecycle management, including Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) builds, imaging, provisioning, and upgrade planning. Administer Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager to enforce device compliance, security policies, and configuration baselines. Manage enterprise printing platforms, including PrinterLogic and Zebra printers, across corporate and retail environments. Support Google Workspace (G Suite) and Chromebook device administration within hybrid endpoint environments. Maintain Active Directory (AD) objects and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to ensure secure endpoint configuration and access control. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate deployments, troubleshooting, and routine operational tasks. Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Retail Operations teams to support endpoint initiatives and rollouts. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), deployment guides, and technical documentation. 8-10 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Administration roles. Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM / Configuration Manager, including patching, application packaging, and deployment ring management. Proven experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints, LTSC builds, imaging, provisioning, and upgrade activities. Hands-on experience with enterprise printing platforms such as PrinterLogic and Zebra printers. Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy management, and Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Chromebook device administration. Experience supporting retail or store-based technology environments. PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting. Relevant certifications such as MD-100 / MD-101, SCCM, MDM, or equivalent. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Process-focused mindset with strong documentation discipline.
