Senior Endpoint IT Specialist
Purpose of the role: Deliver global IT support for customer endpoint devices and application servers. Ensure the effective management of endpoint devices by way of imaging and patching. Similarly ensure that servers are patched according to the global schedule.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support by addressing endpoint IT support requests and incidents from the ITSM system.
- Maximize customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively.
- Change management compliance.
- Build and maintain a knowledge repository.
- Manage Windows Active Directory, AWS, VMware ESXi, Windows Server Administration 2012r1-2022, Windows 10 Pro/LTSC Support, WSUS Server Management.
