Responsibilities: 1)Having experience in people management, Day-today work allocation & Monitoring, setting up schedules, cycle time reduction, implement best practices to achieve optimum productivity. 2)Considerable knowledge on structural jigs / fixture and selection of hand tools, cutting tools required for assembly process. 3)Study of manufacturing process sheets, customer drawings and relevant specifications & standards. Liaison & co-ordinate with production supporting departments to obtain necessary information to resolve technical queries raised in shop floor. 4)Responsible for Man hour estimation, Time study, Line balancing and considerable knowledge on Estimation and Costing. 5)Good knowledge on aerospace standards AS / QMS :, EHS :. Ensure Quality requirements, Assistance for quality Audits and EHS compliance in the department. 6)Should have working knowledge on ERP systems(SAP-PP Module).
