  • Acquisition Management and support to GCTs on Advanced CRS, DNOx, FCPM - RFQ synthesis, Kick-off meets, RASIC finalization, Tech. profile completion.
  • Verification of customer specification, involve relevant departments and generate deviation list during quotation phase, Quotation calculation including scenarios and detailed plausi checks (including product costing, logistics, sample, tooling and application & calibration)
  • Alignment w/ various Business Unit Product Management team, Global Customer Team on pricing strategy, technical approach and Biz case presentation to review panel, Techno-commercial quote preparation support to Global Customer Teams
  • Presentation on Biz award to review panel with clear project targets and project org. incl approval of Project Charter, PMP, project status changes and compliance to IFRS
  • Able to Negotiate with customer on test plan, contract and plan the internal resources as per agreed customer time plan & execute the release tests with close coordination with worldwide stake owners
  • Customer Project Management and support GCTs in achieving project objectives and targets during the project development phase (between project award and SOP) based on defined project impact classifications)
  • Achievement of project objective and targets (time, cost, spec., budget and profit, scope, quality, procurement) incl. escalation if project target is jeopardized
  • Sample coordination with ww manufacturing shop (technical version, ordering and tracking)
  • Initiation of product release in RACE tool, Coordination for receipt of validated parts from customer Presentation to panel on overall project status and approval to start series supply
  • Coordination with plant quality & customer on consolidation of quality data, organizing LL workshop and documentation in SOPL and risk list review. Action towards elimination of LW approval post successful completion of defined validations & RAS closures
  • Product change management activities (commercial clarification through sales manager),series support, ECR management, PLCM topics incl RACE prohibition
  • Monthly tracking of project budget (cost, HC, capacity, efforts booking), CSS, SE (basis for overall GCT CSS, SE)

Qualifications

BE - Mechanical/ IP /Automobile with 2years of Experience in handling Customer Projects through Sales, Project Management, Development or Application.


Additional Information

  • Advanced Knowledge of Diesel/ alternative powertrain technologies, Engine Management System, Product development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of Project Management processes and other Bosch processes
  • Overview of Bosch product portfolio and new developments
  • Working knowledge of SAP, MS office tools and APQP process
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills, commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Working in Global cross functional team and German Language is desirable.
  • Flexible to travel to GCT locations and also available to relocate to regions based on business needs
