Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions. Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews. Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth. Qualifications:
Required:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems. Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred). Preferred:
Experience with CI/CD tools. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Background in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus. Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
