Job Description
Randstad is seeking a Senior Engineer to join a highly reputable main contractor on a highways / utilities improvement contract in the Kent Area near Bexley
Previous experience working on highways/ Utilities contracts is highly enouraged.
This role is paid via PAYE UMBRELLA and expected to last 8-12 months.
Scope of work will include roadworks and resurfacing schemes, deep excavation, drainage, utilities (comms / power) accessibility upgrades, urban realm improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Take overall responsibility for the successful completion of designated sections or full projects, leading by example and ensuring the day-to-day delivery of construction work.
Team Management: Manage a small team, ensuring all members are inducted and meeting role-specific requirements. Provide leadership, coaching, and training to motivate the team and enhance performance.
