Job Description

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / / MS from a recognized university with a total experience of 3 to9years or more in Paint & Sealing (BIW Structure / Closures) domain.

  • Key responsibilities:

    • ·Should be proficient using Catia V5/V6 /3D experience.

    ·Should be Proficient in BIW Body Shop Processes to go inline with Paint and Sealings.

    ·Generate 2D drawings and 3D CAD Parts for Sealant Joineries.

    ·Benchmarking and Cost saving will be studied for the projects.

    ·Perform continuous RTC/Design Rules checks and Impacts will be immediately addressed.

    ·Aligning with TL/PFE for the Anti-Corrosion requirements.

    ·Should have a good Grasp on Acoustics (NVH) Parts and how they work.

    ·Should have a Basic to Intermediate level of Knowledge about BIW & Closures for Cross functional Technical Convergence.

    ·Documentation of Sealants / ABV (Paint) Surfaces / Standard Plugs / NVH (Acoustic) Inserts in G3P(BOM) Tracker File.

    ·Creation of technical documents as directed by TL’s

    ·Prepare technical presentations for assigned tasks.

    ·Participate in idea generation to improve productivity, processes

    ·Ensure on time delivery with required quality level

    ·Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions

    ·Basic Product & Process knowledge for digital packaging & simulation study

    ·BOM Creation and Data management in PLM/ TCE/Enovia/3D Experience
