Senior Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to support the design, assessment, and optioneering of highway structures, including bridges and retaining walls. This role provides the opportunity to deliver technical leadership and analytical expertise within a collaborative, small design team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will mentor junior staff while maintaining the highest technical standards in your own work. You will contribute to the successful delivery of the structures programme, leveraging your deep knowledge of structural design codes (Eurocodes and British Standards), DMRB, MCHW, and CDM regulations and processes. Precision, initiative, and a strong understanding of industry best practice are essential.
