To oversee and manage Sheet metal shop with core knowledge on stretch forming & Forming operations, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of components while maintaining safety and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Supervise daily activities.
Allocate jobs to machines and operators based on production schedules.
Monitor performance and ensure optimal utilization. Quality Implement in-process inspection and coordinate with the quality team.
Address non-conformance and initiate corrective actions.
