This role will focus on building advanced AI agents, integrating Copilot capabilities, and leveraging Power Platform tools to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative business solutions.

    • Your key responsibilities

  • Design & Develop AI Agents: Build and optimise conversational agents using Copilot Studio, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Power Platform Solutions: Architect and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Integration & Orchestration: Connect Copilot agents with APIs, data sources, and Power Platform components for end-to-end automation.
  • Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with organisational standards, data security, and governance policies across all solutions.
  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor and improve agent performance, user experience, and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, automation, and low-code platforms; drive adoption of best practices.

    • Your skills and experience

  • Technical Expertise:Proven experience with Copilot Studio (agent development, orchestration, and customisation).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Solid understanding of Azure services, Dataverse, and API integrations.
  • Programming Skills:Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar languages for custom connectors and extensions.
  • Enterprise Experience:Designing scalable solutions in large organisations with strong governance frameworks.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred:Experience with AI/ML models, prompt engineering, and Copilot extensibility.Familiarity with security and compliance standards in enterprise environments.

    • Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure AI are a plus.
