Job Description
Watlow is seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Engineer to support our Sensors and Wire & Cable Value Streams.
This role is critical in advancing metallurgical expertise, optimizing thermal processes, and driving standardization initiatives across sites to ensure product consistency, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge in metallurgical analysis, special alloys, and thermal treatment processes, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a trusted technical interface with customers.
