Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate & deliver design & detailing of electrical equipment Layout, Cable tray layout & Raceway layout, Earthing, Lighting layout, Power layout & Lightning protection layout
  • Generate & deliver various electrical CAD drawings and documents as per project requirements
  • Generate & deliver Instrumentation Drawings
  • Design cable schedule & cable sizing as per load details
  • Generate Single line diagrams as per specifications and Load details
  • Generate I/O List and Instrument cable schedule as per specifications and Load details
  • Work closely with customer to identify their challenges & provide relevant solutions in the Electrical engineering area
  • Generate BOM as per project requirements

    • Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • BE or B Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • Good Proficiency in AutoCAD for design & detailing for electrical engineering requirements
  • Experience in Designing electrical equipment Layout, Cable tray layout & Raceway layout, Earthing, Lighting layout, Power layout, etc.
  • Experience in LV & MV Electrical equipment & plant engineering
  • Experience in designing the layout for plant electrical engineering, including sizing of equipment, cable sizing, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of power system study preferred.
  • Worked closely with customers in projects environment.
  • Has exposure to Drives, Transformers, Switchgears etc.
  • Good Knowledge on Indian, European, US and other international standards
  • Good communication skills to work with multi-cultural team

    • Desired Skills:

  • Good exposure to plant engineering activities
  • Knowledge on Industrial automation
  • Working with MATLAB /Simulink / PSpice
