Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform the role of customer complaint management and ensure 8D methodology is applied while handling the report generations for our customers
- Develop corresponding problem verifications and define the necessary analysis steps – you support the colleagues of our global production sites regarding problem-solving
- Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR)
- Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line
- Work closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations with regards to investigations of customer quality related issues, and the development and implementation of test-related corrective actions pertaining to those is...
