Responsibilities:

  • Conducts feasibility review with project team and ensured that all customer specificatuions are understood and reflected within the product an d the relevant processes
  • Acts as VC project manager to support customer APQP activities .
  • Follows timing of new launches and ensures success of ontime IRR.
  • Escalates risks within the project to ensure corrective activities in time.
  • Provides feedback to internal project team to secure design is feasible to manufacture.
  • Reviews and approve Project PVP and PVP&R.
  • Supports PFMEA and Control plan, and capability monitoring concept development accordingcustomer requirements, to secure robust processes after PPAP
  • Support VC ProMAP core team meetings
  • Contribution to Lesson Learnt proceed . Product Group Quality expertise in case of responsability given on this task
  • Conducts feasibility review with suppliers prior to nomination to ensure that all requirements can be met
  • Approval authority from quality for supplier nomination approvals.
  • Acts as VC project manager for supplier APQP activities .
  • Follows timing of new launches and ensures success and ontime PPAP’s. Fullfilment of lifesource is done in time by SQA Plant .
  • Escalates risks of supplier APQP activities that impact supplier PPAP commitments.
  • Provides feedback to internal project team to secure design is feasible to manufacture.
  • Supports PFMEA and Control plan, and capability monitoring concept development at supplier, to secure robust processes after PPAP

    • Qualifications:

    Degree in Engineering, Technician

    Preferred 5 years, Automotive experience within Supplier Development and/or Quality function, understanding of processes at supplier processes is recommended but not mandatory.

    Project Managament skills, Problem solving skills, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Quality core tools (SPC; MSA; APQP; FMEA; PPAP)

    Quality Management System, Experiences in auditing (VDA6.3, CQI)
