Responsibilities

• To alias with relevant team monitor & manage the development of integrated vehicle's user guide, serviceability procedures, diagnostic tools and technical training to support after sales market both domestic & export market.
• To support development activity to conduct digital serviceability studies and prepare and report DPA4 documentation.
• To develop After Sales service procedure and Service Special Tool (SST) for the domestic and export market on: a. All Proton models / b. JV partners' models
• Ensure vehicle serviceability & reparability during design stage, before hard tooling component materialized
• Ensure all models as agreed project deliverables before J1/SOP by closely monitoring and working with PMO and relevant stakeholders
• Vehicle ownership cost meets the desired design target and after sales team expectation.
