Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Monitor/maintain the operational, performance and integrity of the company's enterprise Infrastructure which includes but not limited to Applications, Websites, Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, applications, HVAC, PDUs, etc. Follow the documented standard operating procedure defined by the customer. Co-ordinate with various IT teams for follow ups and escalations. Initiate conference calls for any major outages and discussions. Troubleshoot problems. Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas. Track issues. Tracking and documenting all defects and resolutions in detail through a designated ticketing system. Report incidents.
