Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Monitor/maintain the operational, performance and integrity of the company's enterprise Infrastructure which includes but not limited to Applications, Websites, Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, applications, HVAC, PDUs, etc.
  • Follow the documented standard operating procedure defined by the customer.
  • Co-ordinate with various IT teams for follow ups and escalations.
  • Initiate conference calls for any major outages and discussions.
  • Troubleshoot problems. Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas.
  • Track issues. Tracking and documenting all defects and resolutions in detail through a designated ticketing system.
  • Report incidents. Escalating complicated issues to management, other IT resources, third parties and/or vendors, as appropriate
