Senior Process & Equipment Engineer – Backend/Labeling Engineering. Drive backend process simplification and automation to improve operation and achieve cost savings. Maintain labeling processes, tester and vision inspection machine functionality, and ensure compliance with safety, ESD, ISO, cleanroom and housekeeping guidelines.

Job Summary

• Develop and maintain a highly effective plan to meet engineering KPIs.
• Formulate a program to establish backend process simplification and automation to improve operation/HPU and achieve cost saving.
• Establish all labeling processes and tester/equipment capacity/productivity models for integrated automation.
