They are recruiting for Senior/Lead HVAC Engineers/AC Engineers to join existing teams and provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members. The client offers impressive benefits and bonus schemes, and after 1 year of service employees are auto-enrolled into the company ownership scheme, meaning you own shares in the business.
This permanent role is based from their Birmingham office but involves working on client sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers on HVAC projects.
- Lead and support on-site activities for commercial air conditioning service and maintenance.
- Communicate with customers professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
