The Role
Presidio’s Innovation Team drives the creation of next-generation solutions that enhance business outcomes for our clients and internal teams. We are seeking a Senior Engineer (Innovation) with a strong product mindset, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for innovation through cloud and emerging technologies such as Generative AI.


As part of this high-impact team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, prototyping, and building scalable solutions that accelerate Presidio’s innovation strategy.


Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design and development of innovative prototypes, frameworks, and internal accelerators that enhance Presidio’s cloud and AI capabilities.

  • Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies — including cloud-native and GenAI solutions — to solve complex business challenges.

  • Contribute to technical direction, standards, and reusable assets that drive efficiency across engineering teams.

  • Mentor and guide engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

  • Participate in technical reviews, demos, and innovation showcases to share learnings across the organization.

    • Required Skills and Professional Experience

  • – years of professional software engineering experience.

  • Proficiency in one or more core languages: Python, Java, Go, C, JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Experience with microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Exposure to or interest in AI/ML, GenAI, or data-driven applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on building scalable, maintainable solutions.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
