Duties and Responsibilities

• Works under general direction.
• Responsible for providing leadership and direction of specific BIM technologies to assigned project teams.
• Develops technical solutions to wide range of difficult problems.
• Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
• Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines.
• Lead the design and implementation of HVAC systems for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building components.
• Utilize advanced BIM software to create detailed 3D models of HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in design.
