Job Description
We need a Senior Engineer (1 Backend, 1 Full-stack) who ships fast, thinks clearly, and fixes real problems. We move fast, trust engineers with no politics, no process theatre; Just building.
What You’ll Do
✅ Own features end-to-end (idea → prod)
✅ Write clean, scalable code
✅ Fix performance + reliability issues that actually matter
✅ Work with a modern stack:
Backend: FastAPI, Pydantic, Postgres, SQLAlchemy (ideally)
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Zustand, Tailwind
✅ Push our architecture forward without over-engineering
What You Bring
✔ 8-10+ years building real software
✔ Strong Python/Go and TypeScript/JS
✔ Experience running systems in production
✔ Clear communicator, low ego, high ownership
✔ Can prioritise and execute without hand-holding
Nice to Have ✨
➕ AWS / infra / performance tuning
➕ Side projects or OSS you actually care about
Full autonomy | Remote |⚡ Speed > bureaucracy
