Senior Engineer (Mobile Core Operations)

Overview

Perform Operation and Administration support for 4G/5G Mobile Core nodes (SMSC/SMSGW/MNP/STP/SMSF/VAS services) to ensure smooth network operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform system maintenance activities, such as system release upgrade and patch installation to improve system performance.
• Develop and review system operations processes and maintain operational documents to ensure operation effectiveness.
• Perform system Security Hardening, Vulnerability Assessment and implementing the necessary correction / process to address / mitigate security risks.
• Perform proactive monitoring of network service KPI/alarms and performance analysis to ensure service quality level.
• Perform troubleshooting of local/ roaming sms issue or Roaming partners related testing and support
• Lasie with content provider on connectivity and related work.
