Senior Engineer Oracle ERP Integrations - OIC & SQL Development
Aboutthe Role:
As a Senior Engineer Oracle ERP Integrations, you will design, build, and deliver Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions while leveraging strong SQL development skills. You will work closely with ERP/EPM functional and technical teams to implement integrations, optimize performance, and ensure data consistency across enterprise platforms and external vendor applications.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain OIC integrations for Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Projects) and EPM (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS).
- Write and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and data pipelines to support transactional and reporting needs.
- Build integrations using OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, File, FTP) and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
- Support data synchronization, reconciliations, and validations across ERP, EPM, T-Mobile platforms, and external vendor applications.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
- Ensure quality through SDLC methodology development, unit testing, documentation, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues, providing root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Contribute to reusable integration patterns and standards to improve delivery consistency.
What You Will Bring:
- 5 -7 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle ERP/EPM integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building and maintaining integrations.
- Solid skills in SQL and PL/SQL for queries, transformations, and reports.
- Knowledge of ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects) and their integration points.
- Understanding of EPM data flows (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS).
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and File-based integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer focus.
- Good understanding of finance business processes including GL close, sub-ledger accounting, reconciliations, consolidation, and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
Must Have Skills:
- Oracle OIC and SQL
Nice-to-Have:
- Oracle certifications in OIC and Database development.
- Experience with EPM Automate, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Smart View.
- Exposure to performance tuning for integrations and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and CI/CD practices.
