Salary/Package: Up to £65,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme

The Senior Engineer Role:
A well-established housing developer has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join their team, working on large residential projects typically ranging from 50 to 500 units across the Peterborough area.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for preparing engineering tender packs, obtaining approvals for any engineering-related issues or queries through NHBC, overseeing all Section Agreement approvals and managing consultants to develop and deliver engineering designs and technical reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with or alongside a residential developer, possess a strong understanding of engineering processes, and demonstrate a stable employment history.
