Senior Engineer Process

Performing Simulation studies and developing Heat & Mass Balance sheet 

•Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines

•Preparation of PFD, P&ID 

•Preparation of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments

•Estimation of Power load

•Preparation of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual

•Preparation of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram

•Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations

•Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines

To provide engineering support to Lead Engineers for contract execution.

•To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to him.

•To ensure that the documents/deliverables, generated, are in order before issuing it to others.

•To anticipate and discuss any potential delays and problems, if a with the Lead Engineer

•To co-ordinate with the fellow Job Engineers and Lead Engineers for smooth progress of the contract

•To close audit findings in a timely manner.

•To provide inputs as and when required to the relevant disciplines and to designers

•To identify the inputs required for Need list and Hold list and update
