Overview

In this position, you will be asked to lead the development and execution of capital projects ranging in size, covering various processes and utilities with in our manufacturing site. The Project Mechanical Engineer will provide mechanical engineering expertise, manage project lifecycles, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards. This role also supports day-to-day operations by upgrading, modifying, or purchasing equipment, resolving root causes of equipment issues, and contributing continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
