AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Senior Engineer.
**Your Impact**
+ Manage DFMEA plans for your responsible projects/subgroups/modules.
+ Lead and guide the DFMEA team through the analysis process, ensuring the proper application of the FMEA methodology.
+ Help to identify potential failure modes, their effects and causes, and to evaluate the severity, occurrence, and detection of potential failures with the DFMEA team.
+ Ensure that identified risks are addressed and mitigated.
+ Track the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
**Your Experience and Qualification**
+ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Automotive Engineering or related fields.
+ Experience and knowledge of FMEA methodology and analysis process.
+ Ability to manage and understand the structures and systems of mobile machinery, and cause-and-effect relationships.
+ Good teamwork and communication skills.
+ Interest towards risk management, product safety, tractors and mobile machinery seen as an advantage.
