Senior Engineer QA

Role Summary:

Responsible for Project spec review, ITP preparation, Testing Procedure preparation, Final inspection, Customer Inspection, MDR Document submission related to Control valves.

Preparation of WPS/PQR as per ASME Sec IX and relevant Customer specifications

Responsibilities & Requirements:Responsible for review of Customer/Project specification in detail for conformance. Preparation of ITP as per Customer requirement and test procedures for submission to Customer. Responsible for final inspection of products as per Spec and take CAPA in case of non-conformance Co-ordinate Customer inspection, preparation of reports and submission of MDR documents Preparation of weld procedures, Procedure qualification records, Weld map, Review of Customer specs for welding requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills:
-Good Technical knowledge on codes and reference Standards

 Excellent Communication Skills.

Good Team Player. Problem Solving, Quick Response.

Experience in Control valve Inspection.

 Knowledge on NDE methods , NDE Level II certification in RT/UT/MT/PT/LT as per ASNT/ISO9712

Welding Engineer/Inspector certificate from AWI or Equivalent

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering minimum 5 year experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience.
