Ø Purpose of Position
The job incumbent is responsible for ensuring work progress, verifying quantities, quality standards, and financial compliance of construction activities. Verify actual work executed on-site against project BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and contractor invoices. Monitor and report construction progress, quality compliance, and adherence to safety norms. Ensure materials used and workmanship align with technical specifications and approved drawings. Major Responsibilities - Measure and record quantities of completed work for interim and final payments.
- Prepare and verify measurement books (MBs) and other site documentation.
- Preparation of BOQ from the drawings - Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project consultants to resolve discrepancies.
