Job Title: Senior Engineer - Quality

Location: Primary. E-77, MIDC Waluj. Waluj. Aurangabad, Maharashtra

 Experience: 3 to 5 years

 CTC: ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineer in Quality to join our team at Laxmi Group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in press shop and weld shop processes, with a strong focus on quality control and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee and manage the quality control processes within the press shop and weld shop.

 Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality standards are met.

 Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and improve process efficiency.

 Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance operational workflows.

 Analyze production data and implement data-driven solutions for quality improvement.

 Maintain and update quality documentation and reports.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality guidelines and standards.

 Train and mentor junior engineers and quality staff.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

 Strong understanding of press shop and weld shop processes.

 In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in quality testing and measuring tools.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or quality control role, specifically in press shop and weld shop environments.
