Senior Engineer Quality Service Center

Primary responsibilities involve PPAP activities to ensure timely submission and compliance with automove customers' requirements. Key roles include serving as the Notification QM and PPAP Requestor.

• Generate QPAC/ CDCQ based on Division strategy to support customer's request.
• Quality Questionnaire - Support the completion of customer survey, questionnaires.
• FIT report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the FIT report or retrieve from the web.
• ESD report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the ESD report or retrieve from internal database.
• Qualification report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the qualification report or retrieve from the web.
• Support on Others Request - such as information Marking format, manufacturing location, product and manufacturing information, electrical distribution.
