Your Job

Molex is seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer, Semiconductor Foundry Management to join our Silicon Photonics organization.

In this role, you will be the primary engineering interface between Molex and our global silicon photonics foundry partners, ensuring stable production, fast issue resolution, and strong cross-functional alignment for mature-phase wafer manufacturing.

This is a high-impact role supporting Molex’s silicon photonics product lines, working across foundries, OSATs, design, test, and quality teams in Singapore, Taiwan, and global partner sites. You will play a critical part in ensuring that complex PIC technologies move from development into robust, scalable, high-yield production.
