Job Description
Job Description Provide technical support and administration on Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022, Microsoft Active Directory/ADFS/DNS/DHCP, Office 365, Red Hat Linux servers and AWS Cloud environments.
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools including system and file restorations when necessary.
Monitor system alerts and provide daily technical support by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks and systems. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in system administration and cloud operations.
Strong knowledge on VMWare, Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Office 365 – professional certifications would be an added advantage e.g. AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and ITIL Foundation.
Willing to be available on standby for system maintenance tasks outside regular working hours (if necessary).
