What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Engineer, Software Engineering at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 2 years of experience in IT solutions development with strong knowledge of the software development life cycle

    • Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software solutions development preferably in medium to large corporate environments or commercial software companies.

  • Expert knowledge of Java EE (or J2EE) including EJB, Hibernate, JPA.

  • Expert experience with the industry standard IDEs – Eclipse, IntelliJ, VSCode.

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle or any industry standard DB). Experience with DBeaver or SQL Developer for Database IDE.

  • Experience with data marshalling & data transformation (Model entities, JSON, XML).
