**What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Engineer, Software Engineering at XPO**
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
+ 2 years of experience in IT solutions development with strong knowledge of the software development life cycle
Preferred qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in software solutions development preferably in medium to large corporate environments or commercial software companies.
+ Expert knowledge of Java EE (or J2EE) including EJB, Hibernate, JPA.
+ Expert experience with the industry standard IDEs – Eclipse, IntelliJ, VSCode.
