Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to development and production implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine software requirements.
- Lead coding efforts for specific modules or features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.
- Optimize front-end and back-end application performance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Build world-class consumer web application interfaces.
- Conduct unit testing using Pega Test Management Framework and end-to-end functional testing.
