Job Description
**What you’ll do:**
Experienced in managing SSA processes, driving QMS compliance, and leading cross-functional initiatives for operational excellence. Skilled in supplier engagement, data-driven analysis, and implementing customer-centric solutions with measurable impact
"1.Assist on queries related to SSA request, review SSA request form, kick off meeting with suppliers, evaluate SSA questionnaires submitted by suppliers, identify gaps, risk and opportunities in supplier process by validating objective evidences received from suppliers.
2. Ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified through supplier provided evidence.
3. Maintain SSA documentation in compliance with Eaton QMS procedures.
4. Driving cross-functional coordination with Commodity Managers, Buyers, SDEs, and SQEs to address requirements and resolve SSA process level challenges
5. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lead Level-3 projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
6.Proactively understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that prioritize customer futuristic needs.
7.Lead the QMS activities for the SSA process and drive change management & Process standardization
8.Drive SSA training for suppliers & Internal stakeholders with clear measure on effectivenss
9.Capture SSA lessons learnt, define action plans ensure deployment across all businesses
10.Lead data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions with effectiveness tracking"
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s Degree (BE/B.Tech)/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/Automotive/Production/Industrial
"1. 10-14 years of experience in supplier Quality & supplier development
2. Experience in working with global customers & suppliers.
3. Min 6 years of experience in supplier assessment
4. Certified internal auditor (ISO/IATF & AS9100), Core tool, Six Sigma Green Belt, CQI, CSQP"
**Skills:**
