Senior Engineer

Due to the growth of the Telfer site and rapid expansion of mining activities at Havieron, we are seeking an experienced Senior Mining Engineer to play a key leadership role at Greatland’s Havieron underground operation. As the site ramps up to full scale production, the role will be highly varied, including fast paced development in challenging ground conditions and major mining project works as key infrastructure is established across the site.

Initially part of a small team, this position will transition to being responsible for leading and mentoring the engineering team as it grows, all the while delivering safe, executable and financially sound mine plans that enable operations to achieve budget and production targets.

The role combines strong technical capability with operational awareness, requiring close collaboration with operations, projects and technical disciplines to convert strategic intent into practical, value-adding outcomes.
