Senior Engineer - VBA, Python, Co-pilot

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Developer specializing in VBA across Microsoft Office and Python web crawling, delivering end-to-end process improvements, dashboards, and custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop VBA-based automation across Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Design and implement VBA-based dashboards for real-time data visualization, reporting, and performance tracking, tailored to business needs.

Create custom macros for data manipulation, validation, formatting, and integration with external systems or APIs.

Optimize and maintain existing VBA add-ins to ensure performance, reliability, and user-friendly interfaces.

Good Experience on Python for web crawling.

Independently manage end-to-end project lifecycles.

Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.

Create detailed project plans including effort estimates, timelines, and wireframes.

Deliver under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and domain-specific teams.

Core Competencies:

Graduate or Postgraduate with 3–6 years of relevant experience in automation and process improvement

Advancedprogramming expertise in VBA, with hands-on experience automating
tasks across Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,
and Word.

Experience
in building web crawlers/scrapers using Python.

Familiarity
with CopilotStudio for agent creation.

Knowledge
of Power Platform is a plus.

Solid
understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs).
