Senior Engineer - Verification Enablement, Test Structure Design and Layout

• Identify and initiate physical verification features in early design phase by developing a deep understanding of process technology, top level, and module scribe design architecture.
• Architect, develop and coordinate verification flows/methodologies/automation solutions for scribe design simulation and physical verification methodologies; advance and maintain test cases for evaluating PDK updates in IC design flow.
• Code and maintain scribe design specific DRC/LVS rule decks.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, CAD, and PDK teams to resolve physical verification rule deck issues.
• Implement automation scripts in Calibre SVRF/TVF, SKILL, Perl, Python, Bash, and C-shell.
