Overseas day-to-day application development projects and engineering while leading continuous improvement on processes and compliance. Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to the team and ensures stability and continuous improvement of critical business applications. Guides the team in the prompt triage and resolution of production defects, driving root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
