About the role

As the Senior Engineering Manager for Personalization, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Super's unified Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Personalization Service. Currently, our customer understanding is federated across different verticals, leading to static or fragmented experiences. Together with the Product team, your mission is to build a centralized data product that provides a holistic understanding of our customers' preferences, history, and needs.
