Key Responsibilities
* Drive student enrolments through consultative counselling across digital channels
* Build and optimize high-conversion lead pipelines
* Lead performance marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track CPA, ROI
* Leverage CRM automation, AI tools, and predictive lead scoring
* Execute ATL/BTL initiatives and mentor junior counsellors
