The role of a lead application manager is to oversee the management of business-critical systems, ensuring their stability and performance. This involves overseeing incident, change, and release management while driving process improvements.
This position requires an individual with strong technical skills in areas such as SQL, JIRA ServiceNow system knowledge along with product engineering expertise including code review experience
- Lead enterprise applications teams for L3 support tasks: resolving incidents requests enhancements/feature implementation & periodic maintenance jobs.
- Manage tickets escalation cross-functional team collaboration tool usage best practices documentation creation delivery.
