Overview
Mastercard Enterprise Operations team provides essential technical support for our operations environment. As a key member of the team, you would provide project support, training for junior staff, and utilize applied engineering techniques to develop and implement new technology initiatives. You will also analyze trends over time to assess Mastercard's system performance and develop improvement plans and escalation protocols, ensuring accurate execution.
