Your Responsibilities?
Identify, assess, monitor, and report operational risks across business units.
Design and implement robust operational risk frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate potential risks.
Conduct root cause analysis of operational incidents and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to foster a strong risk-aware culture.
Prepare and present periodic risk reports for management review.
Review critical processes and SOPs from an operational risk perspective; maintain and update the central process repository and share insights with stakeholders.
Monitor and manage fraud risk, including detection, analysis, and reporting.
