Strong expertise in Ericsson Order Care (EOC) – ConceptWave, ECM, and associated platforms. Proficient in J2EE, Oracle, Spring Boot, and WebLogic. Proven track record of technical leadership on EOC/ECM projects.


Responsibilities



  • Design and implement scalable ConceptWave EOC solutions tailored to business needs.

  • Develop and configure order orchestration and fulfillment workflows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and QA engineers.

  • Ensure integration of ConceptWave with external systems such as CRM, Billing, and Network Inventory.

  • Analyze system requirements and recommend improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ConceptWave modules.

  • Provide technical documentation, support, and mentorship to junior developers.
