Senior ERP Developer/Analyst (.NET, SSIS, API) – REMOTE JOB

We are seeking a Senior ERP Developer/Analyst with strong development skills to join our Client’s national Enterprise Application Team.


This is a hands-on technical role responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Company’s enterprise platforms – including:

  • Finance (Aderant),

  • CRM (MS Dynamics),

  • HRIS (Workday),

  • DMS (iManage)

  • Integrated systems such as Intapp suite of products.

    • The ideal candidate is a seasoned developer with proven experience in .NET and SQL, who enjoys problem solving and working directly with end-users. Experience in a legal or professional services firm is a strong asset.


    Responsibilities

  • Key technical team member for the support and on-going maintenance and enhancements of the firm’s ERP platforms.

  • Development of integration programs to load and transform data between systems

  • Work with business owners as well as end-users to support and evolve Company systems

  • Develop and configuration application changes following Company’s change management processes

  • Top Tier support for responsible applications, owning issues from identification to resolution

  • Work closely with application vendors for system changes and issue resolution

  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

  • Document and track all application changes consistent with IT policies and procedures

  • Prepare technical, operational and procedural documentation and specifications

    • Key Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years information technology or related experience supporting enterprise ERPs systems

  • Hands on experience with all phases of the software development life cycle

  • Advanced experience with working with end users to gather specifications and translate those into technical requirements

  • Must have .NET Programming experience (VB.NET, C#)

  • Experience with interfacing with API (REST,SOAP)

  • Excellent understanding and familiarity of database functionality with superior skills in SQL.

  • SQL experience should also include scripting including views, stored procedures, triggers;

  • Strong working experience importing and exporting data using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

  • Experience with report development using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is an asset

  • Experience in supporting financial efforts within professional service organizations (Legal is an asset)

  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness

  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative

  • Able to set own priorities while maintaining flexibility

  • Ability to accept duties and assignments willingly and open to new tasks

  • A positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Must be able to conduct all duties in English. Bilingualism English/French is an asset.

  • Availability to work overtime, when necessary

  • Law firm experience is an asset.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university program
