Job Description

Our client is embarking on a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and payroll replacement project to modernize its HR and payroll operations. The goal is to replace its outdated, manual, and fragmented processes (many currently managed through manual processes using disconnected systems) with a fully integrated, automated HRIS solution. This new system will encompass Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits administration, Onboarding, Dashboards/Reporting, and Compensation management, all with robust employee self-service capabilities. By introducing a single, modern platform (including mobile-friendly self-service access), the customer aims to eliminate duplicate data entry and manual workflows, improve reporting and compliance, and empower employees and managers with direct access to HR and payroll information. This HRIS initiative is a top priority to enhance efficiency and data accuracy, so they are seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive its success.
