About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled ERPNext / Frappe Developer to join our team full-time. This role is suited for someone who has hands-on experience with the latest ERPNext version , can work independently on complex implementations, and understands real-world business processes across finance, HR, inventory, and operations.

You will be responsible for designing, customizing, upgrading, and maintaining ERPNext solutions , including integrations and performance-critical features.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and maintain ERPNext (latest version) for multiple clients
• Design and develop custom Frappe apps , DocTypes, workflows, and reports
• Handle multi-company, multi-currency, GST, and advanced accounting setups
• Develop server scripts, client scripts, background jobs, and schedulers
• Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Manage ERPNext upgrades (v13 → v14 → v15) and resolve migration conflicts
• Optimize performance, security, and data integrity
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
• Ensure documentation and best practices are followed

Required Skills & Experience

Technical (Must-Have)

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ERPNext & Frappe Framework
• Strong experience with ERPNext v15 or latest
• Expert in Python, Frappe Framework, and ERPNext architecture
• Proven experience in custom apps (not only custom fields/scripts)
• Strong understanding of:
• Accounting, GST, taxation, and financial reports
• HR, Payroll, Inventory, Projects modules
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Experience with Bench, deployments, and production environments
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext upgrades and migrations

Good to Have

• Experience working with Indian compliance (GST, TDS, Payroll)
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud deployments
• Exposure to Tally / Zoho / third-party ERP integrations
• Contribution to ERPNext/Frappe open-source community
• Experience in mentoring or leading small development teams
